To attend CWC practices, please ensure you have a current USA or AAU wrestling membership (for insurance purposes). Visit www.themat.com for more information or go to www.usawmembership.com/ to register online.

To obtain an AAU card online, visit www.aausports.org

Download/Print one of the attached registration forms (website registration required for download) OR click here to print the form directly from the web. Please bring the form with you to your first practice. You must do this even if you tuition online.
